The Flow Group was set up by well-known and recognized entities active in organization development in 2001. Now the six member companies include ARK (Anima-Ráció Konzultánsok), Creanova, BB Consulting, Human Telex Consulting, Let Hungary and Manmore Consulting. The companies employ 35 consultants and trainers in domestic and international projects and are driven by the goal to turn the Flow Group into an entity with the largest capacity in organization development in Hungary and a determining factor of the OD market, which contributes to setting higher hurdles of quality for each market participant of the profession.

As a framework, the Flow Group amalgamates the prominent individual competencies of its independently operated service providers to deliver to our customers a comprehensive array of organization development services of outstanding quality. In doing so, we cooperate closely with our partners to elaborate tailored development and training solutions for organizations as whole and for their managers and key resources.

By uniting our forces, we have created one of the largest Hungarian team of consultants and trainers with a common platform in spirit and performance to enable us to ensure the utmost in quality and the required flexibility in our efforts to support the development ideas of our customers.
